5. Payment Terms
Payment terms are established in individual project agreements. Standard terms include:

Important: Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the services in question during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

Either party may terminate the service agreement with written notice. Upon termination:
- You will receive all completed work up to the termination date
- Outstanding invoices become immediately due and payable
- Confidentiality obligations survive termination

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the European Union and applicable local laws, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of competent jurisdiction.
